Karen & Thong's Texas wedding featured on Green Wedding Shoes! 2012/06/15

More pretty floral arrangements from San Francisco’s Lila B at Viansa Winery. Did you know the found, Baylor, of Lila B named the company after her great grandmother. We love hearing the inspiration behind the names of other wedding vendors, and this one is so sweet. You can pay the five person team of Lila B a visit at their Mission District studio in San Francisco. Check out their website here to learn a little more about this floral and garden design studio.

We love the Lila B philosophy from their website: “Lila B design makes beautiful statements with living things in a sustainable way, transforms spaces organically with thoughtful elegance, articulates visions in the finest of blooms, and develops floral and garden designs to beautify weddings and events, still life and studio photography, and interiors and gardens.” Their thoughtful approach to floral design really shined this weekend at Viansa Winery’s Bridal Open House and Wine Tasting event.

Tinywater hearts succulents! If you ever make your way to our midtown Sacramento studio, you’ll find mini terrariums of air plants and succulents popping up on our desks, shelves, tables, and conference room. It might be why we were so smitten with this Lila B table in the Viansa Winery barrel room, whimsically approached and laid out with muted green and brown tones highlighted by the gorgeous glass bulbs the plants were set in.

Tiny pebbles helped set the plants into their glass homes. We love the glimmer of light that reflected off of each container from the tea candles setting the romantic mood inside Viansa Winery’s barrel and wine cellar. When we are shooting our weddings here at Viansa Winery we love taking the bride and groom into the wine cellar for a few couple portraits against these huge wooden barrels.

The rustic feel of the moss and plans really translates to the Northern California wine country setting Viansa Winery is set within. Just 40 minutes north of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge, Viansa Winery is one of those wedding venues that most girls dream about. We’ve seen our share of weddings here, and we can vouch for the lush vineyards and ivy covered buildings, that it truly is a magical place to be in love.

WV Wedding Photographer - Your detail shots are awesome! Looks like you have some really cool venues there, and those plant arrangements are truly unique.
