Some of our couples are just so darn cute! Steven and Joann is one of them! We photographed their cute engagement session in Sonoma this past Friday and just can’t wait to show you the rest. And don’t you just love Joann’s dress from BLHDN? Here’s a little teaser and hang tight while we work on the rest!

Kat & Mike: San Francisco Engagement Photos

July 11th, 2012

One last look at Kat & Mike’s beautiful San Francisco engagement photos! We are so lucky to have such beautiful and wonderful clients, and just love showing off their love! We can’t wait until their beautiful Bently Reserve wedding is ready to share on our blog as well. We left off in Chinatown and made our way to the Shakespeare Garden in Golden Gate Park.

The trees were perfectly full of bright green leaves and the flowers on the ground were in full bloom for Kat and Mike’s San Francisco engagement photos. We couldn’t have asked for a better time to be able to play in the gardens with them! Kat and Mike even gave us a little dance in the park – they are completely adorable!

Perfect, sweet love. These guys really made these San Francisco engagement photos balanced with the perfect amount of cute, romantic and intimate.

Kat and Mike are constantly giggling together like high school sweethearts. Mike actually proposed to Kat just outside of his childhood home accompanied by a big red heart he made of paper lanterns in front of family as witnesses to their love. So, so cute!

A perfect pop of color for these San Francisco engagement photos – these gorgeous flowers that Kat brought along! Love the subtle purple tulips complemented by the bright red and yellow burst of the other flowers in the bouquet.

Mike is into photography and brought along his SLR to snap a few photos. We love having props that narrate what these couple’s like to do in their free time!

We can never have a true Tinywater session, especially San Francisco engagement photos, without having a silly face contest! These guys really brought their a-game when we told them to bust out their funniest faces!

Just a few more as the sun set inside Golden Gate Park with these two lovebirds. The light dimmed and we got a little more romantic.

We wish we could hang with these guys forever! A big thanks to Kat and Mike for allowing us to be part of their entire wedding experience – from the engagement shoot to the wedding, we wish them all the best with their marriage and journey as a family. ♥

Kat & Mike: San Francisco Engagement Session

July 10th, 2012

Kat and Mike recently had a gorgeous wedding at the Bently Reserve and we want to show you a peek of their engagement photos we took as their San Francisco engagement photographer! We captured their photos in multiple locations including their kitchen, Golden Gate Park, La Boulange and Chinatown!

This little red nook was such a fun little find and backdrop for Kat and Mike’s photos. As a San Francisco engagement photographer, our favorite thing to do is scope out unique locations to bring our clients to, especially since San Francisco has so many cool and hidden gems like this one!

Hello, Mr. Monkey! We brought him along for the ride and he happily perched on this beautiful blue scooter as Kat and Mike shared an intimate moment together. We love when couples can help us customize and tailor their sessions to their hobbies, likings, and personalities because as your San Francisco engagement photographer, we want your photos to reflect exactly who you are!

Those funny little cut outs of kids just made us giggle the whole time.

This is one of my favorites we captured as Kat and Mike’s San Francisco engagement photographer. All of the colors and commotion around Kat and Mike seem like a distraction, but stop right at the center where Kat and Mike share a kiss.

A small stop at the YMCA. We love that big neon sign! Another reason why we love being a San Francisco engagement photographer is that this city has so many different neighborhoods, we can get completely different styles and locations just within minutes of each other.

Heehee, Kat and Mike have blended in perfectly with this mural at the pool.

We couldn’t resist taking a few individual portraits of both Kat and Mike. They are so good looking on their own – but create a definite power couple when they’re together!

This pink “Drive” poster matched the pink in Kat’s gorgeous heart shoes exactly!

This isn’t the last you’ll see of Kat and Mike! Tomorrow you’ll see them dancing through Golden Gate Park and snapping a few pictures of each other!
